Dan TrippDan Tripp is National Political Director with the Fairfax, VA based Americans for Limited Government. He has held that position since 2006.

Tripp travels the country setting up state-based, non-profit activist networks and is heavily involved in the state ballot initiative process.

His most recent victory was passage of Colorado Amendment 54, The Clean Government Act, which passed 51 to 49 percent in November 2008.

Tripp is a conservative activist on a mission to identify and organize political leaders around the country in order to strategically pick fights with governmental entities and liberal organizations around the country.”

Prior to being named Political Director at ALG, Tripp was a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives for 12 years. Tripp was elected to the House in 1994 at 23 years of age. He credited his win to the grassroots training he received at the Leadership Institute in the early 1990s.

Tripp works in Fairfax and resides in Mauldin, South Carolina with his two children, Annabelle and Bailey.
